Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when DoTheyCheat LLC ("DoTheyCheat", "we", "us") will issue a refund for a paid search. Because reports are delivered digitally and consumed immediately, our refund policy is intentionally narrow and is described in full below.

When refunds are issued

We will issue a full refund only in the following case: a technical error on our side prevents your report from being generated and delivered to you. In other words, you paid for a search and never received a report.

When refunds are not issued

Once a report has been generated and made available to you, the search is considered delivered and the sale is final. In particular, refunds are not issued in the following situations:

the report did not contain the information you hoped to find; the person you searched for is not active on the dating apps we cover; the details you submitted (name, age, or city) were inaccurate or incomplete; you changed your mind after seeing the result; or you ran multiple searches and only some returned matches.

DoTheyCheat reports are based on publicly visible signals at the time of the search. The absence of a match is itself a valid result and does not qualify for a refund.

How to request a refund

If your report failed to generate, contact us within 14 days of your purchase at contact@dotheycheat.com with the email used at checkout and your order reference. We will review the case and, if confirmed, process the refund to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

Chargebacks

We ask that you contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. In most cases we can resolve a delivery issue faster than the chargeback process, and doing so helps us keep prices low for everyone.
