Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the DoTheyCheat website and services (the "Service"), operated by DoTheyCheat LLC, ("DoTheyCheat", "we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. What we provide

DoTheyCheat is a discreet lookup tool that checks whether a person appears to be active on major dating apps based on the limited information you submit (first name, approximate age, and city). Results are informational and based on publicly visible signals at the time of the search. We do not guarantee that any result is complete, current, or error-free.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using DoTheyCheat you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

stalk, harass, threaten, or harm any person; make decisions about employment, housing, credit, insurance, or any other purpose covered by the Fair Credit Reporting Act or equivalent laws; impersonate another person; circumvent rate limits or security measures; resell, scrape, or rebuild the Service; or violate any applicable law.

DoTheyCheat is not a consumer reporting agency and reports are not consumer reports. They may not be used as the basis for adverse actions against any individual.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at contact@dotheycheat.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

5. Payments and refunds

Paid searches and subscriptions are billed in advance through our payment processor. Prices are shown at checkout in your local currency where supported. Because reports are delivered digitally and consumed immediately, all sales are final, except where a technical error on our side prevents a report from being generated. 6. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what we collect, how we use it, and the rights you have over your data.

7. Third-party platforms

DoTheyCheat is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Tinder, Bumble, Hinge, Match Group, or any other dating platform. All product names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DoTheyCheat LLC, and its officers, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or USD 100, whichever is greater.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law. You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, by direct notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which DoTheyCheat LLC, is organized, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless a mandatory consumer protection law in your country grants you a different forum.
